These terms describe the general conditions for using the StatusAlly website and closed beta service.
Closed beta status
StatusAlly is currently a closed beta product. Features, limits, pricing, availability, and behavior may change before general availability. Beta access may be modified or discontinued as development requires.
Acceptable use
You may not use StatusAlly to violate law, distribute harmful content, abuse platform resources, impersonate others, interfere with service operation, or publish content you do not have the right to publish.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Team access should be granted only to authorized users.
Service availability
Closed beta access is provided for testing and evaluation. No general-availability uptime commitment or service-level agreement is implied by beta access unless separately agreed in writing.
Customer content
You retain responsibility for status page content you publish. You grant StatusAlly the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content as part of providing the service.
